With its research program geared towards clinical translation, all research projects of the CRU 303 have a high demand for biosamples from pemphigoid disease patient. To meet this demand, the CRU closely collaborates with 21 centers in Germany and 16 international centers united in the German and International Autoimmune Bullous Disease Study Groups, respectively, to collect specimens from pemphigoid disease patients, including DNA, serum samples, skin swabs, and skin biopsies.
